Domestic Shipping 
All orders within Pakistan are routed through the courier service. Upon placing an order, you will receive a verification call from our customer service team to confirm the order. If you fail to verify, your order will be automatically cancelled after 02 days (only applicable to purchases made through the Cash on Delivery method). Once the order is verified, it will be dispatched within 1-2 working days and delivered to you within 4-5 working days.

Shipping Charges 
We offer free delivery on all orders over Rs. 2000 within Pakistan. You will be charged Rs. 300 for orders under Rs. 2000.

International Shipping 
We use reliable and reputable shipping carriers to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders. Tracking details will be shared via email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Charges 
Our shipping rates are determined by the package's volumetric weight, weight slab, and destination. You can find the shipping rates for your country at checkout.

Shipping Time 
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Delivery times for all foreign deliveries are as follows:
UAE: 5-7 working days
RSA: 7-9 working days
UK and USA: 10–15 working days

Customs and Duties
International customers are responsible for paying any customs and duty fees levied by their country's government. We cannot be held responsible for any customs or duty fees incurred by our international customers.
